Tembo stands behind every piece in the collection. If something is not right, the team is here to make it right.

Returns A 14-day return window applies from the date of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact the team at hello@tembocollection.com. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided once the request is accepted. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect the order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out immediately at hello@tembocollection.com and the issue will be assessed and resolved.

Exchanges The most efficient path to an exchange is to initiate a return on the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

European Union Orders shipped to the European Union are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. Items may be returned within that window for any reason, provided they are unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, a notification will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
