Processing Time All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. A tracking link will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping Tembo Collection ships within the United States only at this time.

Order Tracking Tracking information will be provided by email as soon as the order ships. If a tracking number has not been received within 2 business days of placing an order, contact the team at hello@tembocollection.com.

Delivery Delays Tembo Collection is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of its control. If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check the tracking link provided or reach out at hello@tembocollection.com and the team will look into it.

Lost Packages If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations near the delivery address. If the package cannot be located, contact the team at hello@tembocollection.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Tembo Collection will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
